Our company is founded in 2003 as the small innovative company, which is developing and manufactures the hi-tech production. Now we have two directions of activity. The first direction is manufacture composite replication materials for non-destructive metrological testing of parameters of a texture and dimension of details, including in remote places. Our firm has developed series composite replication materials, which have found wide application at the enterprises aerospace, oil-gas, power, shipbuilding and other industries. With the help of composite replication materials will be possible to carry out the testing of parameters of a roughness, the dimensions of local defects of a surface(microcrackscorrosion ulcers, pitting etc. ); to carry out the testing of dimensions of details over remote places(propointsfemale threads, flutes, etc. ).
The second direction is optical manufacture. Our firm owns unique technology of reception modified polymethylmethacrylate(mpmma)capable to maintain repeated influence of pulse laser radiation of high intensity(upto 109 w/cm2) and possessing the greater, in comparison with usual polymethylmethacrylate, a transparency to light radiation.
Specialists of our firm can make various polymeric optical elements by a method of precision machining of this material, such as lenses, prisms, divide plates, optical wedges, "soft" diaphragms, passive laser q-switches for nd: Yag and ruby lasers, active elements, gonioscopes, some elements of integrated optics. Except for it our firm makes optical elements from inorganic optical materials(glasssapphire, quartz, ceramic materials, etc. ), representing plane-parallel plates of any form and a configuration. Purpose of these details can be the diversified, from application with the most powerful lasers in laser optics, the plates intended for check interferential method of flatness and mutual parallelism of surfaces and simple protective glasses or plates of mirrors up to standards for interferometers.
Also we can make the transparent optical elements(lensesprisms, plates, diffractive optics, etc. ) a method of frontal photopolymerization liquid oligomers(asgrowth of molecular crystals) in the special forms made of quartz, a glass and others, optical inorganic materials. Quality of optical surfaces of the made polymeric elements corresponds to quality of a surface of the form.
Lens may be produced with the diameters from 3-5 up to 150-200 mm and thickness up to 25-30 mm. Other devices can also be made within these limits. We can also process the devices with large geometrical dimensions but it will take some time to make new equipment.
